Base upon the event and the location for the event, the majority of our events can be done at NO COST to the sponsoring group.  Your marketing rep can give you details and if there would be a cost associated with your event when you speak with them.

While we are at your event we will be offering our photography services to your attendees. Attendees who are photographed will be able to view any photographs during the event and will be able to choose from a variety of photo packages during the event. These photo packages will then be printed and handed to them at that time. Our photo packages are reasonably priced and most who are photographed will want to purchase something which will help to cover our expenses and make a modest profit

During most of our events, we will also be able to offer attendees the opportunity to have any selfies or cell phone photos they capture during the event to be printed out. We will provide attendees with a web app QR code (Party Prints) they can load to their phone, take any photos during the event, upload to the Party Prints app, and send to a photo printer we will have on location so they can go home with any prints in hand after the event.

At many of our events we will offer a printed booklet from the event. For example, at your high school reunion, we can photograph the members and their spouses, take an all-inclusive class photo, add any random photos from your event we take, or any uploaded thru the Party Print App, combine all this in a booklet that will be mailed to anyone wanting one shortly after the event is concluded. You go home with any prints in hand and a few weeks later you get a booklet containing all your classmates, your class photo, and any random shots available to remember your time at the event. These event booklets are affordably priced and are included in many of the photo packages we will be offering.
